“How can I offer my gifts when I’m such a mess?”
When you look around at the chaos and disorder in our world, you feel overwhelmed. You get flooded with despair and then you shut down.
You’re starting to appreciate how much your upbringing has left you ungrounded and disorganized.
You feel called to do sacred work in the world. You’re desperate to contribute something worthwhile, but you still don’t feel ready yet.
When there are so many healers doing such great work, you don’t see how “little ol’ me” could ever make a real difference.
“What if I’m never good enough?”
You collapse, you freeze, you run away—maybe all at the same time!
Even though you want nothing more than to share your sacred gifts, the thought of making yourself visible fills you with dread.
“Hell, I don’t even know if my gifts are real!”
Meanwhile, your day job is becoming unbearable and the habits you use to soothe yourself are causing harm, but you don’t yet know a better way forward.
Something has to change!!
Welcome to Soul Vision!
I’m Mercedes Jayne,
a Soul Whisperer
I help Mystics and Lightworkers who are called to share their natural gifts, even if they feel paralyzed by self-doubt and unworthiness.
Each of us was born with our own Inner Wisdom Keeper whose innate nature is calm, caring, and supportive. And this inner presence is desperately encouraging you to fulfill your sacred purpose!
But early childhood conditions can disrupt our needs for safety and self-expression, leaving us with dysregulated nervous systems and disconnected from our essence.
To soothe this pain, many of us have turned to substances or behaviors that help in the short term but harm us in the long run.
Healing doesn’t have to feel hopeless!
By learning to regulate your nervous system, you can develop an embodied sense of safety that’s accessible even when life gets lifey.
The basics of these tools can be learned in hours and, with dedicated practice, integrated into your daily life in a matter of weeks.
Once you have the tools to experience more safety in your body, it becomes more accessible to develop an inner wisdom practice that brings you closer to your true nature as a spiritual being having a human experience.
And while healing ourselves is a lifelong process, this newfound safety and self-compassion will support you in uncovering the courage and self-leadership you need to move forward with fulfilling your sacred purpose!

The universe evolves in cycles, and this is a pivotal moment on Earth.
We are in a profound recalibration. The Divine Feminine is re-emerging in all her power and chaos, and the Divine Masculine is rebalancing its expression of strength and protection.
Outwardly, this deep transformation manifests as destruction and disorder. And if your mind and body are still getting hijacked by a dysregulated nervous system, this chaotic outer world can be reflected internally as despair and helplessness.
Your wounds are the source of your sacred medicine,
but they’re also what’s holding you back.
Knowing you need healing, your soul may have guided you here to unlock your inner wisdom so that your calling can proceed.
Always trust yourself.
Only you can know
what you truly need.
What does working with me look like?
When you slow down and nurture your system with patience and caring, you create space for your own inner wisdom to organically emerge. This allows your higher self to guide the healing process in a way that’s exactly right, just for you.
We go slow to go fast.
My approach is deliberately patient and gentle. I believe high intensity growth work is harder to integrate, leads to “healing burnout,” and ultimately takes longer to achieve the same results.
I explicitly use two formal modalities in my work:
- Relateful Coaching: A presence- and curiosity-based practice for shifting the implicit beliefs that drive our feelings and behaviour.
- Inner Relationship Focusing: Connect with the “felt sense” of your inner world as a subtle awareness of your body-mind.
These lenses and practices inform my work implicitly:
- Tantric Philosophy
- Polyvagal Theory
- Nervous System Co-regulation
- Attachment Theory
- Integral Theory / Spiral Dynamics
- Akashic Records
Healing retreats, plant medicine, and immersive workshops definitely have their place—they can jump start the healing process and bring forward huge breakthroughs.
And, having attended dozens of holistic retreats and a few plant medicine ceremonies, I’ve realized it was the slow and gentle of these programs take you two step back from where you began.
Listen to your inner wisdom.
I orient from a profound faith that you are already whole, already complete, already enough; and, that your wholeness includes your longing to experience more safety, connection, and fullness in this life.

I started my life desperate to understand how the universe works, eventually leading me to a PhD in Physics. When I realized that science alone would never solve all the mysteries of creation, I started to explore my mystical roots through yoga and meditation.
Following a spiritual awakening in India, I started working full-time on my soul healing through holistic retreats and relational immersions. Some of these were better than others, but all of them contributed to my growth in some way.
To overcome the worst of my addictions, I’ve learned how to balance my nervous system and listen to my body’s innate wisdom. Along the way, I’ve embraced my intuition and integrated my early childhood attachment wounds into my own sacred medicine.
Now I practice these tools with others like myself—those of us who feel called to serve humanity faith-fully during this Pachakuti world turning, and lovingly steer our fellow souls back to wholeness.
The deepest transformations
happen through connection
I wouldn’t be where I am today without those who helped me feel safe in my body and integrate my spirituality.
While there are many paths to fuller living, having a guide who’s already travelled this journey can make all the difference.
The simple act of being witnessed as you explore new territories of experience can open doors you might never have noticed alone.
